1. Do you have an order minimum?
Yes and no. There is no minimum for the fundraiser, but the minimum for delivery is $500 net (which works out to $333 commission payout on your Dashboard, or approx. 56 boxes sold). If you do not reach this amount, you will have to pick up from Terra Cotta Foods in Georgetown. Outside the GTA has increased minimums for free delivery. See Delivery Area/Schedule Online.
2. Where do you deliver?
We cover all of the GTA and Golden Horseshoe area. We have a map of the region we will deliver to for additional fees. See the Delivery Area/Schedule.
3. How should I schedule seller/buyer pick up and ensure products remain frozen?
You should schedule your customer pick up time to be one to two hours after the delivery is made (i.e. delivery at 1pm with pick up at 2:00pm to 3:00pm.) This will give you time to sort and organize the orders. Our cookie dough will arrive to you frozen. It holds up very well outside of a freezer for up to 5 hours. Coordinate with our fundraising expert to ensure a smooth distribution.
4. Do you give prizes? Can I get additional prizes?
Yes! We will give you a giant 3lb baked cookie with every fundraiser that surpasses $500. Limit 1 free per fundraiser. Additional 3lb Large Cookies can be purchased for $20 each
5. Are your products Kosher?
YES! All of our products have been given a kosher designation that can be found on the product description online.
6. What if I receive late orders? Can I add-on to our order?
Unfortunately, once the fundraiser is closed and finalized, no additional orders can be placed. Please be sure to remind your group they must place their orders by 5pm on the last day of the fundraiser.
7. What if I am missing an item?
From past experience, we recommend you wait 72 hours before contacting us as in most cases, someone else has taken the product home by mistake and will contact you to return it. Be rest assured that in the end everyone will receive 100% of their orders!
8. What is your Refund Policy?
Due to the food nature of our product, refunds can only be approved if a customer does not receive our product after orders have been confirmed and charged to the customer’s Visa/Master Card.  If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, we ask that you first check with your bank or Credit Card company as it may take some time for your refund to appear. If you have waited and still not have received your refund yet, please contact us at office@terracottafoods.com
9. What is your Returns Policy?
As our cookies/dough drops are food products and cannot be re-sold due to Health and Safety reasons, we do not accept any returns other than for quality concerns. We may offer replacements for products provided in place of original due to errors in shipping and fulfillment.  Replacements are to be substituted with products of equal value, if not available.

Area 1: GTA – Free Delivery
Area 2: $100.00 delivery fee or FREE delivery if over $2500 Net sales ($9/box) =275 boxes
Area 3: $175.00 delivery fee or FREE delivery if over $3500 Net sales= 388boxes
Area 4: $350.00 delivery fee or FREE delivery if over $5000 Net sales= 555 boxes

Outside areas may be considered for additional fees upon request, minimum orders required.

Note: Fall/Winter Campaign Registration opens in the first week of September. We are typically fully booked by November 1st. BOOK EARLY!
