1. Do you have an order minimum?
Yes the minimum for a delivery is $500 net, or 63 boxes sold. If you do not reach this number you will have to pick up from our location in Georgetown. Outside the GTA has increased minimums for free delivery. See Delivery Area/Schedule Online.
2. Where do you deliver?
We cover all of the GTA and Golden Horseshoe area. We have a map of the region we will come to for additional fees. See the Delivery Area/Schedule.
3. How do we schedule customer pick up and ensure products remain frozen?
You should schedule your customer pick up time to be one half hour to an hour after the delivery is made i.e.) delivery at 1pm and pick up at 1:30pm or 2pm.In this time you can sort and organize products. Our cookie dough will arrive to you frozen. It holds up very well outside of a freezer for up to 5 hours in our experience. Coordinate with our fundraising expert to ensure a smooth distribution.
4. Do you give prizes? Can I get additional prizing?
Yes we offer a 3lb giant baked cookie with every fundraiser that surpasses $500. 1 per fundraiser NOT 1 per $500 Additional 3lb Large Cookies can be purchased for $20 each
5. Are your products Kosher?
YES! All of our products have been given a kosher designation that can be found on the product description online.
6. What if I receive late orders? Can I add-on to our order?
Unfortunately once the fundraiser is closed no additional orders can be placed. Please be sure to remind your group they MUST place their orders by 5pm on the last day of the fundraiser.
We recommend you wait 72 hours before contacting us, as in most cases someone else has taken the product home by mistake and will return it. We will ensure that in the end everyone has received 100% of their orders.

8. What is your Refund Policy?
Refunds can only be approved if a customer does not receive our product after orders have been confirmed and charged to the customer’s Visa/Master Card. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, we ask that you first check with your bank or Credit Card company as it may take some time for your refund to officially appear. If you have waited and still not have received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@terracottafoods.com
9. What is your Returns Policy?
As our cookies/dough pucks are food products and cannot be re-sold due to Health and Safety reasons, we do not accept any returns other than for quality concerns. We may offer replacements for products provided in place of original due to errors in shipping and fulfillment. Replacements are to be substituted with products of equal value, if not available.

Bookings are scheduled every 2 hours (where possible)
Work with our fundraising managers to work out the best time available.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates and appreciate your understanding during our busy fundraising season!

Area 1: GTA – Free Delivery
Area 2: $150.00 delivery fee or FREE delivery if over $3000 Net sales ($9/box) =334 boxes
Area 3: $300.00 delivery fee or FREE delivery if over $6000 Net sales= 667 boxes
Area 4: $500.00 delivery fee or FREE delivery if over $8000 Net sales= 889 boxes
Outside areas may be considered for additional fees upon request, minimum orders required.
Note: For Fall/Winter Campaigns we are typically fully booked by November 1st- BOOK EARLY!
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms: Commission Cheque will be delivered or mailed ASAP.
2. Orders are delivered to the pre decided meeting place.
3. Minimum order: $500.00 to qualify for delivery.
